Please check the correct size of advertisement we require before submission. We can accept advertisements in the following formats:
- TIFF - 300dpi CMYK JPEG - 300dpi CMYK PDF - 300dpi (please embed all fonts - PDF-X1A preferred)
- Quark file (up to version 6.5) Macintosh - please be sure to include all fonts and images when sending this file format.
- InDesign file (up to version 3/CS) Macintosh/PC - please be sure to include all fonts and images when sending this file format.
- Illustrator file (up to version CS) Macintosh/PC - please be sure to include all fonts and images when sending this file format.
- Freehand file (up to version MX 2004) PC only - please be sure to include all fonts and images when sending this file format.
- Please do not send advertisements that have been made in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint
- We are able to create/design advertisements for you at a competitive rate
- You can send files that are under 5Mb in size via email. For larger files, you can upload them to our FTP server - click here for details (PDF). Alternatively, you can send the file on disk/CD to our office address.
